Biography
Seymour M. Stone (1877–1957) was an American painter who studied at the Royal Academy in Munich and the Academie Julian under Jules Joseph Lefebvre, as well as with John Singer Sargent in London. He also attended the Art Students League of New York and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
