Biography
Richard Upton (1931–2013) was an American painter born in Hartford, Connecticut. He was active in Saratoga Springs, New York, and known for his Op Art style and Italian Landscape/Cortona painting from 1989. As a fine artist and professor of art, he created artworks in oil, mixed media, and other techniques.
