Richard Blossom Farley

Richard Blossom Farley (1875–1954) was an American painter. Born in Poultney, Vermont on October 24, 1875, he trained at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia, where he sporadically exhibited from 1902 until 1931. He also attended the New Jersey State Model School in Trenton and studied under James McNeill Whistler in Paris from 1898-1899.
