Lucie Hartrath

Lucie Hartrath (1868–1962) was an American painter. Born in Boston, she began her art studies at various institutions, including the Art Student's League in New York City in 1896 and the Art Institute of Chicago under John Vanderpoel from 1894-1895 and 1898. She also studied in Paris from 1898-1900.

Hartrath headed the Rockford College art department from 1902-1904 and later received further instruction in Munich or elsewhere from 1906-1907.
