Biography
Frank Carson (1881–1968) was an American painter, writer, teacher, and critic. Born in Waltham, Massachusetts in 1881, he received his training at various institutions including the Massachusetts Normal Art School, Fenway Art School, Art Students League in New York City, and Boothbay Art Colony in Maine.
Carson's artistic career spanned multiple mediums, including landscape and marine painting, as well as graphics.
