Biography
Hugh Miller (1911–1988) was an American painter who worked during the New Deal era. He created artworks for the Federal Art Project, a part of the WPA (Works Progress Administration). Miller's works include 'Wreck' (1936), 'Untitled c. 1936', and 'Receding Waters' (1937), which is classified as a lithograph.
