Emil Eugen Holzhauer

Emil Holzhauer (1887–1986) was an American painter and sculptor. Born in Schwabisch-Gmund, Germany, he became known for his avant-garde style characterized by heavy lines filled with color and rhythmic, harmonic space. His work has been featured in numerous galleries and museums, including the Pensacola Museum of Art.

Holzhauer's artwork has been sold at auction multiple times, with prices ranging from $122 to $6,000.
