Theodore Roosevelt Lambert

Theodore Roosevelt Lambert (1905–1960) was an American painter known for his work in landscape, animal, genre, and portrait styles. Born in Zion, Illinois, in 1905, he showed an early talent for drawing and won a correspondence course in illustration at the age of 15. He worked as a signpainter before eventually running away from home to Los Angeles.
