Biography
Petra Feriancova is a Slovak artist born in 1977 in Bratislava who works with photography, sculpture, and installation. She studied at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Rome, Italy and the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, Slovakia. Her artistic practice revolves around the conceptualization of emotional reactions to perception, memory, and shared circumstances.
In 2010, she was the recipient of the Oscar Capan Award for Young Fine Artists.
